Alexandre Aloy is the founder and owner at Aloy Consulting, with 20 years of experience in “The Coca-Cola Company” and Intelig Telecom.
Member of the PPS (Professional Pricing Society) and associate of I2AI (International Association of Artificial Intelligence). Constantly learning about Digital, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at I2AI, SHIFT FIAP and StartSe, seeking for partnerships to automate revenue management solutions to different types of business.
In the last 15 years, developed commercial strategies for “The Coca-Cola Company” brands in Brazil and Europe, with the following highlights:
Revenue Management culture implementation (development of tools, processes and routines) and Certification Process that leveraged significantly Price Compliance in Brazil;
Promotional Calendar management by testing, analyzing and promoting most effective actions;
• Implementing PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) culture;
Developed Single-Serve holistic strategy (individual packages, more profitable than average) in every channel.
Between 1997 and 2004, experienced Intelig Telecom (startup) planning and development, a Joint Venture by Sprint Telecom (US), France Telecom and National Grid (UK).
• Effectively participated since the auction proposal elaboration (privatization of Telebras system) until Intelig reached more than 1,200 employees;
• Managed Long-term Business Plan model, supported BP processes and estimated Intelig's (re)structuring plans;
• Contributed actively in the tentative MBO (Management Buy Out), invited by the CFO, and jointly with the C-Level;
• On the same day that he joined “The Coca-Cola Company“, Intelig Telecom was reduced to less than 600 employees.
Since 2020, he is expanding his knowledge related to Digital, IA, Machine Learning and Big Data through I2AI, FIAP SHIFT and StartSe, developing partnerships to automate revenue management solutions for different types of business.
